This 6 month programme for those in Cape Town, begins with a full
house assessment and refocus exercise. We turnover every stone, look in the
cupboards and under the bead to make sure we fully understand what, when, how,
why and with whom your current business works. We then follow this up with a
full scale planning session setting the focus on the future where both you and

Further sessions both one-on-one and in
groups with other business owners will focus on Financial, Marketing, Procedures,
Staffing, Networks, R&D, Growth and Leadership. All these are customized
around your plans and goals allowing for instant application and return on

This programme typically includes 3
workshop sessions and up to 10 individual coaching sessions but may adapt to
your specific needs and additional requirements for education workshops and
sessions with 3rd party suppliers.
Costs: The Business Growth Programme is
priced at an investment of a single payment of R 6000 or paid in 6 installments
of just R1100 in advance each month.
