This is a question that I get a lot, how do I find the right job or business to get into that will make me happy? The answer is easy, the solution a little tougher. Let me explain.

We have a process that will drive your thoughts and actions down a path that will assist in determining a niche that you have in your core that we could then assist in developing a business around. We do this a lot and many people walk away with a business that feeds them both financially and well as emotionally. I am currently reading The Element by Ken Robinson and he puts it this way: The Element has two main features, and there are two conditions for being in it. The features are Aptitude and Passion. The conditions are Attitude and Opportunity. The sequence goes something like this: I get it; I love it; I want it; Where is it? 

The intersection of your core passion and talent creates in you a drive that when discovered will not be quenched by anything but a genuine fit. Unfortunately we are all products of many years of cookie cutter education, peer pressure and social molding. To be able to look through all this and break free from society norms and discover yourself, has to be one of life’s greatest treasures. Implementing this in your life is life’s greatest pleasure.
