After a week of great interaction with
various Entrepreneurs and stake holders in the business development fields we
at the EI campus are filled with enthusiasm and ready to start expanding our
tent poles.
Some of our plans include the improved definition
of our business roadmap to include milestones that will become achievement
points for those building their businesses. To add to this journey we have
included a whole new set of legislation, regulation and functional tips that
will make each incubated business a whole lot stronger and more competitive in
the market place. Each stage will be clearly defined giving you tasks and
processes to complete before graduating to the new level.
Our expanding offering also includes labour
skills giving you access to our retained services that will assist you in
drawing up legal and fair employment contracts, defining key performance areas,
assessment tools and easy to understand disciplinary codes. We also plan to
include full bookkeeping services for the more advanced levels assisting our business
owners to concentrate on their main core functions and not be tied down with
admin, finance and legal issues.
The lack of accessible education for small
business owners has been heard clearly this past week. We plan to bridge this
gap with our expanded accredited Entrepreneur Academy that will offer part time
and bespoke courses in Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business development.
We are all excited and gearing up for the
launch. Keep in touch with us for our new look business offering launching. More
news in the next few weeks.
