Who moved my Cheese? Change Management. Facilitating Change. All good books and great advice on how to change people, structures and companies. All this information and yet when real change happens it seems to defy all logic and written theories.

Even as I sit here just a few hours away from the start of the largest sporting event ever to be held in Africa, change has reached a tipping point of no return. Africans have united in a way never seen before. The constant noise of hooting, vuvuzela blowing and cheering fills my office.

People from all corners of the world have come together and for the sake of sport we have overlooked culture, creed, language and religion to unite as one body in support of a single cause.

Lots to learn from this and we will be making comment on this during the next 6 weeks as the tournament unfolds. The leadership of our nation has been passed down from government to the people in the streets and it seems to be working for now. Look, learn and enjoy.
