This week we see two landmark acts coming into law that affect how we run our businesses. Firstly we have the New Companies Act that changes the way our businesses are regulated and registered. This we will have to wait and see how effective CIPRO becomes and are able to handle the new legislation. Capitec Bank leads the way in CPA advertising

Capitec has released their first advert showing the way in their compliance for the CPA (Consumer Protection Act) due for implementation on 31 March. The CPA is there to protect the consumer against being bullied by the big corporates. We are looking forward to how the other banks will comply. Well done Capitec.
