The old saying of “Where there is a will there is a way’ rings too true in small business. We are often faced with obstacles that seem impossible to overcome but through a determined will and dedicated persistence we have the ability to persevere.

The opposite is often used “Where there is a way there is a will”. This is often used by our clients, who ask to be shown a way to do things and then they will conjure up the enthusiasm to get the job done. This is unfortunately never true. If you have not got the will in the first place, there is very little a coach can do to instill sustainable energy to make you do something that needs to be done.

So go back to your vision for your business and ask yourself is this is in line with your personal will and vision. If not; something will need changing to get back to focus and passion.
