Who are you? I am a woman, a friend, a listener, a supporter, a teacher, a student of life, a singer, a quilter, a lover of the arts, theatre and music and an avid reader. I am on a journey to be more aware, to be more present, to be more centred and in so doing, to live my best life in every moment of every day. I am an Integral Life Coach because it feeds my soul. I have found that being able to make a connection with another person, especially through integral coaching, is sacred and precious. Seeing the shifts and changes and growth in a person as I connect with them through the integral coaching flow is amazing and I am in awe of how, as a result of the coaching connection, things seem to click into place and opportunities seem to open up. 

What do you do?  I support people to live their best life by

What makes your business special? As an Integral Coach, my focus is on you, to understand the whole and beautiful person that you are and unlocking the potential so that you can live your best life

What lessons learnt would you like to share? I create my reality. The answers I seek cannot be found in a book, on the internet or in someone else, they lie within me and I have to listen to myself to hear them.
