Wellness is more than just a state of mind or attitude; it is a relationship with all 4 parts of yourself, Mind, Body, Heart and Soul. Only when you are investing into all 4 in a positive way and they become functional at an optimal rate can you claim the wellness badge for yourself. Wellness is also how well and healthy your relationships are with others that you interact with on a daily basis.
This week we will take our contestants through a cycle of evaluations, assessments and introspective tools
that will ask questions about their wellness. We will then task them to set some goals on getting from where they are to where they want and need to be. This could be an interesting exercise. We have commandeered Robin Buck from the Fitness Boot Camp to talk to us this week.
Robin is no stranger to fitness and total body wellness. His business coordinates and runs group training for all age groups, shapes and sizes with huge success. Robin is also an acclaimed track athlete with a recent Gold medal for long jump and a sliver for 100 m in the WP Masters Championships.
It is also very apparent that when an owner of a business is not well the entire business suffers in areas of service, functionality and profits. To be fully functional as a business owner and entrepreneur, you need to invest heavily on your wellbeing to keep your body and mind ready for those moments of convergence. It is also important to be well in regards to your relationships, family, friends, staff and of course God.
