To assist us with
the protection of our member’s IP or Intellectual Property, we have asked the

I asked a client the other day for their
keywords and she came back with this list: car, front door, padlock, locker,
bedroom ….
Not the key words I was looking for. The
key words that you define for your business need to cover 2 different aspects:
1. The words that describe the features of
your business. These are words that you will use in every day speak to describe
what and how you do what you do.
2. The words that describe the benefits of
your business. These are words your customer...

my husband hat and then work in my business, I have a huge responsibility to my
wife. Having the Spouse hat requires us to communicate openly to our other
halves as if they actually are our other half. We like to go out on dates and
just chat about the business and all the challenges and opportunities. I cannot
expect my wife to understand all the technical stuff I talk about but she does
appreciate the communication and openness. I always tell her about any new
client we get and ...
